Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product is unsatisfactory in any way, please email david@catbib.com.au or visit this link to arrange for the return and full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost you paid. You can return new (unused) products for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date.

We accept returns of new CatBibs and collars within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of a product which has been in direct physical contact with your cat.

There is no restocking fee for returning products, though we request you pay for return postage (standard, unregistered) to Perth, Western Australia.

Return Process

  1. Contact david@catbib.com.au to arrange the return. Alternatively, you can request the return online here.
  2. At your cost, mail unopened products to: 15 Robertson Road, Gooseberry Hill WA 6076, Australia.
  3. Refund is initiated within 2 business days of receipt of unopened product(s). Refund will include the full product price and any shipping costs in the original purchase.

Refund Method

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, however you are entitled to return the item for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost you paid, provided the item is returned within 60 days of purchase and has not been in direct physical contact with your cat.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product is incorrect, or damaged upon arrival in any way, please email david@catbib.com.au or visit this link to arrange for the return and exchange or full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost you paid. Please include photos of any damage, including the shipping envelope. Exchanges for incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • used items
  • items that have been in direct physical contact with your cat, or other animals.
